HP/SCO UNIX SVR3.2

Does anyone have any information regarding the version of SCO UNIX SVR3.2
that Hewlett-Packard re-markets (outside the US - if that matters) ?

I have a customer in Panama that I would like to update to the current
2.0 release. SCO indicates that HP has modified their UNIX to "work
better on their hardware". Is this marketing B.S. or what ? Will
SCO's 2.0 update work ?
