SysVR4 UNIX :: Dell or UHC ???...

	I have recently purchased an ALR PowerPro 486 and would like
	to run UNIX on it...I will be doing X Windows development and
	I also need to have the "real-time" capabilities of SysVR4
	for my applications... I have narrowed down my options
	(which aren't many) to either Dell's product or UHC's...

	I was leaning towards UHC, but I was shocked to find-out that
	they have removed their University and Institutional
	discounts (of which I qualify for)...This prices their software
	at $1300 for single-user (and this does not include hard-copy
	documentation [add another $700])...Dell comes with a price of
	$950 for single-user with hard-copy documentation...

	=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
	Has anyone had problems with either product, or could anyone
	justify the extra price of UHC's UNIX...I am willing to spend
	the extra money if I need to, but (obviously) would prefer not to.

Please e-mail me or post if you could help me with my problem...Thanks!
