Problems to resize a Xwindow on ISC 2.0.2

I have X11R3 1.1 on my AT386 with 4MB Ram and a Eizo 9070 with VGA.
The Logitech Bus-Mouse works fine with ISC X-window.
Only when I'm resizing a xterm or xpcterm the window goes down, or when
the window have to scroll the text the window goes also down.
