Low-cost 386 system

I've got my sights set on an ALR Business VEISA 101. 33MHz 386,
expandable to 49 Meg (!), 3 ISA and 3 32-bit EISA slots, replaceable
CPU card. (I like expansion options.) I have seen the technical specs,
I know some of the drawbacks (desktop case has few drive bays, CPU cache
is an option, etc.), and confirmation that it'll run ISC Unix. A
bare-bones system w/ 1 Meg is about $1600 from a local store.

I'm probably moving on one of these in the next week or so, with my own
$$ for my own computer, so I'm getting a bit nervous.  This is the last
chance I'll have for someone to tell me why this is not a good idea.
