How do I map I/O in ESIX?

I want to access a gpib-chip with I/O-addresses
0x2e1, 0x6e1, 0xae1, 0xee1, 0x12e1, 0x16e1, 0x1ae1 and 0x1ee1.
(NEC 7210, card from National Instruments)

How do I map these locations so I can reach them from a user-program?

There are some ioctl-calls in sys/kd.h for the keyboard,
(like KDENABIO)but no clues on how to use them
and if they can be used for any I/O ports.

Is there a ioctl to map ANY ports?
