xmh for ISC 2.2.1 - Anybody got it?

I have been trying for a week or so to get the X11R4 version of
xmh to run under ISC 2.2.1.  What a waste of time.  After coming
to my senses, I figured I would ask if there was anyone else who
may have had more persistence than I.

X11R3 or X11R4, I don't care.  I have mh 6.7.  Please....
