Intel PC586 Ethernet card settings

Recently I disassembled several computers including some Intel IMSO Unix
boxes. In all of the Intel boxes I found several PC586 Ethernet cards
each with several unmarked rows of jumpers. 

I was wondering if anyone had a manual for these cards? Could someone
please send me a copy of the jumper settings for this card?

I would really appreciate it!
