ISC provides a good driver for this card (in fact it was about twice as
fast as the driver provided by Bell Tech (the manufacturer of the board)).

If you want X and 1664x1200 monochrome you could get a Sigma Designs 
Laser View.  These boards are a bit slower than the blit, but the screen
is MUCH MUCH MUCH nicer (read that as: it has almost no flicker).

Reseller cost is around $1400 for card and 19" monitor.
