help with isc 3.2

I ran into the same problem the first time I installed my ISC software. It's
been quite a while but I recall that the manual addressed this problem
specifically. I applied the fix that the manual suggested and the problem
was cured.

I never could get the sendmail that came with ISC to work correctly. A good
friend eventually provided me with a copy of smail and I have been working
well since.
