How to get a draft copy of the iBCS2

Intel in conjunction with several other companies have been working on
a new edition of the Binary Compatibility Specification for Intel 386
Architecture.   We will be submitting this to the industry at large
for review.  The review period will be from 3/15/91 to 4/5/91.
