ultrix on microvax II

Hi,

we are currently running micro vms on microvax ii. we were thinking of
switching to ultrix and were wondering about the performance of
ultrix, its price and performance of tools such as sco professional
and sco foxbase plus (one is believed to be available and one coming
soon) on ultrix. Do you advise such a move for a business environment?
