df in Ultrix, like df in 4.3BSD, uses a table of filesystems sized on NMOUNT.
The 4.3BSD df allocates it statically, since NMOUNT is small.  Ultrix
allocates the memory at run-time.  In the standard 3.0 release, NMOUNT
is 254, leading to a rather large table.
