Reading PC-DOS diskettes

I would like to read some text files from an IBM-PC diskette onto my
Honeywell microSystem NX.  It is a 68000 workstation running the
Uniplus+ System III port of Unix.  Does anyone have a utility that reads
PC-DOS diskettes?  The particular diskettes I am interested are in
version 1.2 format, but I also have version 2.0 format diskettes.

Or, could someone give me enough information so that I might be able to
write such a utility myself?
