System V Trap 2 Bug - Request for Info

I am posting this for somebody not on the net.  Please reply
by mail and I will summarize.

Can you query the network and find out if anyone has developed a solution
to the "System Trap 2" problem that exists with Unix System V?

It's specific to System V, and is a known bug/feature. It causes the system to
crash. It will occur on an 11/750 with System V.
