driver for dmf-32

I've just installed 4.1Bsd on a VAX11/730, with a DMF-32 on it.  Does
anyone know about a device-driver for DMF-32 that supports the
parallell-ports? I'm planning to connect a line-printer to the
parallell-out port.

The system also has a RL02-disk.  I had problems when trying to make
filesystem(s) on the RL02.  Any hints?
