Semiconductor Disks?

I'm not aware that DEC has any semiconductor disk at all. We use
ones on our 70's and our Vaxes from Dataram. There are also ones
available from Maxiram and from Ampex (megastore). They all emulate
fixed head disks (like the RS03). I am partial to the Dataram, not
only because we have a bunch but also because they will also emulate
an RF11 disk which is much easier to program than the RS.
