grotwin / Nigel Holder

We have recently come across a windowing package named 'grotwin' (?) that can
be used with our vt100s.  Evidently, it was developed by Nigel Holder about
two or three years ago.  Does anyone know how to get in touch with Nigel or
if any work has been done to 'grotwin' during the past few years?
