Van Jacobson's version of SLIP with header compression...

Last usenix, telebit was using Van Jacobson's version of SLIP in their
terminal server.  At the Telebit BOF, the word was that this code would
be publically accessible in a few weeks (that was in Feb, 1989).  
Does any one know where to get a copy of this code?
