RFC915 sources?

I haved tried posting this request several times, and never got a
constructive answer.

Where can I get the sources to the UUCP path server described in RFC915?

This allows me to telnet to our UUCP server on port 117 and ask for
the path to a particular UUCP machine.

The RFC915 document lists an address to send mail to. No good.
The addresses for the authors are unusable.
(They are Rudy Nedved, Marc Elvy, and possibly Alan Langerman)
I have posted to comp.sources.wanted.
I have even tried probing the uucp-path ports on several machines,
hoping to find a server. (So I can send mail to the sysadmin).

No Luck.

I have tried writing my own server, but time is short and the bugs are
long.

So, one last time, can anyone help?

(The Gnews newsreader uses this as one of the three ways of generating
a reply address. We also need such a network service as access to
our UUCP gateway is restricted.)
