Xenix, GCC, and Transfer protocols

[The Dark Tide]

  You can get just about any protocol you want for you xenix machine.
  GCC doesn't come with the runtime libraries.  Or at least I haven't
  seen a copy of it that does.

  Any recommondatins on where to get the libraries?
