smail problem: always resolves domain to bang

  When you parse an address like a!b at c, the default is to treat it as if
it were c!a!b. If you want it the other way, there is code (sorry, can't
remember just where, I *think* in resolve.c) which has the code in
sequence; check for @ else check for !. I just reversed the order of
these checks and it works just fine the other was, ! before @. I can't
really offer you the patches, since I have hacked the program *mightily*
to work for another environment, but that's what does it.
