Info needed on 386 (Everex motherboards)

I am currently trying to find an inexpensive 386 box on which
I plan to run some flavor of Unix/Xenix (386/ix possibly). I have
spoken with three vendors, Rose Hill Systems, Club, and QIC Research.
All these machines run around $1800 for the basic box ( i.e. 386 with
2fd/2hd controller, 1.2 meg floppy drive, 101 key keyboard, and 1 meg
of memory ). Also:

    QIC Research
        Everex motherboard / Phoenix BIOS
Only 1 mb on the motherboard / 1 32 bit slot
Warranty: 1 yr parts and labor / 1 yr on-site included in price

    Rose Hill Systems
        Everex motherboard / AMI BIOS
Only 1 mb on the motherboard / 4 mb possible (max) / no 32 bit slot
Warranty: 1 yr parts and labor / $40 for 1 yr on-site maint.

    Club
        Everex motherboard / AMI BIOS
Only 1 mb on the motherboard / 4 mb possible (max) / no 32 bit slot
Warranty: 6 mo. parts and labor

My question is: Does Everex make more than one 16 mz motherboard ( i.e.
one with a 32 bit slot and one without) or was the gentleman at QIC
mistaken about his product?

I would very much so like to hear from anyone who might own one of the
systems and is currently running some flavor of UNIX/XENIX. I would like
to hear both good and bad points of view.

Thanks in advance, I will summarize to the net.

                            Richard
