how to force f or x protocol for uucico

so... the xenix uucico simply doesnt have the f protocol.
i would like to know why sco removed it from the HDB sources.

the hardware flow control still doesnt work, so that the x 
protocol is unusable at high speeds. the patch that was
made available simply doesnt do its job.

well, if sco won't get better i'll switch to interactive for a real unix.
