more xenix install/run problems

Honest the 1 wait state was the cause of the panic.  I know it doesn't sound
right but I've used it and he has never had a problem again since he went to
0 wait states.  Dos ran well on his system as well at the 1 wait state.  
Xenix was just too sensitive I guess.
