UNIX based circuit analysis package

On behalf of a local University I am trying to find out if anyone
knows of a good UNIX based graphical circuit analysis program
that is suitable for use in various undergraduate and graduate
EE classes. I am told a budget exists, but it is not very large.
What do you universities using UNIX have that can be shared or
purchased? Please respond directly to me, not to the net. Thanks.
