The 4300s are air cooled, but most of the large 370s and 30XX machines
are water cooled.  For instance, Cornell had a 370/168 that sprang a
pinhole leak in the cooling system several years ago.  The machine was
down for days as IBM had to replace many circuit boards and a part of
the backplane, as well as fix the cooling radiators.
