dinroff(?)

Hi,

	A couple of weeks back I asked for assistance with nroff and
my printers, a CITOH 300 line per minute printer and a CITOH F10-55
letter quality printer.  Nroff has a default hardware type of
a Teletype or you can use the device tables.  How do you create
device tables (not device drivers) for different printers?
