Searching for a Usenet mail account in Cincinnati

Someone I know has asked me to post a query.  Does anyone out there know
where one can get a UUCP connection just for mail in the Cincinatti, Ohio
area?  A public-access node somewhere would be great, but they're willing
to pay for an account, as long as it's local to their area, and accessible
by mail from my node.  Please direct replies to:  becker!comspec!rick.
(Sorry, we're not on a leaf anywhere yet, which is why we're still using
