ARC 5.21

I am looking for a working version of ARC 5.21 for the 3b1/UNIX-PC.
Unfortunately, the archive on site killer has only got the first three
parts of the 6-part posting to upc.sources several months ago -- I don't know
where the other three parts disappeared to.

If anyone has a binary which would run under UNIX 3.5, I would appreciate
an uuencoded copy in the mail.

Is there an ftp-able archive of UNIX-PC/3b1 sources anywhere?
