Comments on installing video board

This is the network/dialer CHIP!  Yes Bill, it's a CHIP, not just a piece
of plastic!  It's definitely a funny-looking IC, but it serves several
purposes, among which is control all the phone stuff and provide the
BEEP you hear when you hit control-G.
