AT&T NSSC BBS

 My boss gave me an article out of the AT&T DATALINE magazine (winter
issue). It talks about a BBS run by the National Systems Support Center
(NSSC) of AT&T. The article gives a phone number, 1-201-769-6397. The article 
goes on about how it is connected  to the Interlink International Mail
Network (TM). Is there any way to connect to this BBS or mail network via
the internet? If I get any answers I will summerize to the net.
