Xserver for an att 5620 dot maped display?

I know it's asking alot... but I have recently come accross an att
5620 terminal (firmware version 8;7;5) with 1M of memory, and
would like to know how feasable it is to make it run X.  There
are parties at the university who would probably be thrilled to
death if these things could be put to good use...

If anyone has done anything resembling this, please send mail.
