Sun-4 FORTRAN for SunOS 4.0?

Does anyone outside of Sun actually have/have used the Sun FORTRAN product
for the SPARC architecture under SunOS 4.0?  We have had the product ``in
the mail'' for  several months now, and there is still no sign of it
actually being delivered.  Our Sun salesperson hasn't been able to find it
yet in the pipeline.

Does it actually exist in the world outside Sun?  Are bugfixes/new
features being added?  Can someone inform me of the status of this
product?
