Setting up a Network Distribution (OS) Server

Hello:

I have 6 RS/6000 machines and am getting ready to update
them to rel. 3003 of the OS. When we do this we want to 
set up a network distribution server. We tried when we
loaded the initial OS, but had problems and ended up taking
the tape drive to each machine. So we are going to give it
another shot. I wanted to find out if anyone has done this
and what type of problems they.
