Screensaver - does one exist?

Does a screensaver exist under a/ux?  I know how to manually launch
a program like Moire, but I want one that is automatically invoked
after a certain amount of idle time.  It wouldn't have to do anything
fancy to the screen, just darken it.  Anyone have one?
