Pnews man page

	I have been looking for documentation for Pnews.  I realize that I
could read the source code for help but I would rather not waste the time.
I am looking for any docs whatsoever.  Specifically, what I want to do is be
able to post a file with any input coming from a shell script.  Please email
replies so as not to waste bandwidth.
