X386 1.1a and PVGA1A 640x480x256 and Logitech Bus Mouse

Note, that the VGA chip on the Paradise VGA 1024  is labeled WD90C00, and
NOT PVGA1A. Thus the driver won't work for this board. But there will be
support for the WD90C00 in X386 1.1b.
